We want to thank you for your patronage in 2013. This year, we successfully created and set more headstones and completed more cemetery inscriptions in 2013 than any year prior. While growth is always welcomed, it can be challenging, and we are proud to have met those challenges thus far. We do not take lightly the fact that you have entrusted us with your memorial work for generations. Your satisfaction is our utmost goal, and we pride ourselves on always striving to exceed expectations.
Every year, there are constraints that we must work within to make sure that all our customers are happy with the end result. The weather is always a big factor. We always have an eye on the weather channel to make sure we can complete all our memorial orders in time! Now that the Winter has officially set in, we are taking the time to prepare for 2014. We are currently remodeling our showroom in Salem and revamping our website. We appreciate how many of you have used our website to gather ideas for your headstones, and we’ll continue to update it as time allows. We are looking forward to an updated look a and more pleasant showroom experience at both our location in Salem, and our sister store, Abate Monuments, in Beverly, MA.
