Our Team

We’re a team of dedicated monument industry experts—designers, artists, sales consultants, and memorial craftspeople working together to create tributes that preserve the precious memories of a life well-lived. But more than that, we’re a family.

Owners Briana Rossi and her husband Denis Gircha continue a lifelong family tradition. As a third-generation memorialist, Briana draws on a wealth of history and knowledge from her parents, Gabriel Rossi, Jr. and Mary Rossi—owners of the company from 1980 to 2024—and her grandfather, Gabriel Rossi, Sr. 

Briana and Denis met in Las Vegas while performing in renowned shows such as Cirque du Soleil’s Zarkana, O, Mystere, and Quidam, as well as Absinthe by Spiegelworld. Coming from diverse backgrounds, Denis is a two-time Russian world champion in Acrosport and speaks fluent Russian, often translating for our customers. Briana holds a bachelor’s degree in classical vocal performance from Northwestern University and a graduate degree in business from Harvard University. They live in Beverly with their two sons, Eliot and Nikita.

An extension of our family, many of our team members have also been with us for almost 40 years. We’re honored to share our expertise with local families around the North Shore, helping our customers create monuments that are just right for them.
